If you are smart, industrious, and enthusiastic, and want to work with arts and culture organizations, then we want you to come intern for us!

Patron Technology strives to revolutionize the arts industry by offering world class CRM, ticketing, and e-mail marketing technology at a price every organization can afford. Visit our website to learn more: www.patrontechnology.com. Our office atmosphere is casual and non-corporate, but the standards are high and we take our work seriously.

As our intern, you’ll be actively involved in developing and rolling out our newest technology products which are specifically designed for non-profit organizations. You’ll work with us on the roll-out of a new web-based CRM system for non-profit organizations, which will give you a spectacular behind-the-scenes look into product development, marketing, and research. It’ll be challenging, but we think you’re up for it.

We create internships that challenge the intern to be super creative and productive. Basically, we'll create the internship around you and your interests, and you'll leave having made a real contribution. You need to be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and a quick learner. We'll train you and help you, and we don't expect you to have prior knowledge of the kinds of technology products we offer, but we ultimately need to be able to trust you to work on your own and take some initiative in problem-solving. You should be really comfortable with computers, too, though technical knowledge isn't necessary. That said – it’s far more important to us that you have an interest in, love for, and/or experience with arts and cultural organizations. What’s ultimately going to make you great at this job is your ability to connect with the people who need your help.

Our office is in midtown Manhattan, and office hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is a full-time internship.

You will need to arrange your own housing. Small stipend provided.

If this sounds like a great way to spend your time for a few months, send a resume and cover letter to Harold at jobs [at] patrontechnology.com. The MOST IMPORTANT piece of your application is your cover letter! Tell us why you want to intern with us, and convince us that you're just the person we're looking for.

We look forward to hearing from you!
