Data In: You can get data into your PatronMail account in three ways:
- Web Form: Each PatronMail account comes with a custom-designed Web sign-up form, enabling you to automatically collect e-mail information from visitors on your site.
- Individual Additions: Log on and add names yourself.
- Group Upload: Use our simple "file uploader" and attach an Excel file.
Data Out: You can get your data in two ways:
- On an automated basis: daily, weekly, or monthly.
- By request: within PatronMail, just click on the "file export" link.
Members can unsubscribe or change preferences in one click. Each e-mail comes with a standard footer with list management functionality. The opt-out link allows patrons to instantly remove themselves from your mailing list with one click. The "change preferences" link takes the recipient to a Web page with all their information on it, and allows them to update or change their e-mail address or other information.

PatronMail helps keep you legally compliant. The Federal CAN-SPAM law requires that you provide an electronic way for people to remove themselves from your list, and that those requests be acted upon within 10 days. The links at the bottom of each e-mail ensure that you comply with this aspect of the law.
De-duplication of e-mail addresses. PatronMail ensures that your patrons will only receive only one e-mail message per mailing, no matter how many different sub-lists they may be included in.
Manage your bounced e-mails instantly. PatronMail has a sophisticated "bounce processor" that detects whether an e-mail address is no longer valid.
