We’ve been serving the arts and non-profit sector for ten years and work with over
1,800 organizations, so we’re sensitive to the constraints of non-profit budgets and the
difficulty of raising money. Our founder and CEO, Eugene Carr, and most of our staff
have worked for arts organizations, so we understand the arts from the ground up.
That’s why we built PatronManager CRM and why we offer pricing plans that enable
organizations of all sizes to be able to afford it.
All Clients Get Our Personal Customer Service and Training with No Extra Costs
or Hidden Fees
We believe all arts organizations deserve great technology, the knowledge to use it well,
and customer service that’s friendly, fast, and personal. All of our pricing plans below
include set-up, training, day-to-day support, and ongoing webinars at no extra charge.
Our client services team responds quickly to requests, and we track and report our
results. In June 2011, we responded to and resolved 82 percent of all customer service
inquiries in the same day and 95 percent within 24 hours. We offer customer service
from 9 AM EST to 9 PM PST every day, including weekends.
Our popular PatronMail system (with 500,000 messages per month) is included at no
cost.
Pricing for Ticket-Selling Organizations:
Our most popular plan eliminates all annual or ongoing fees. Instead, we collect a tiered
per-ticket service fee on each ticket (ranging from $1 for a $10 ticket up to $4 for higher
priced tickets) for credit card ticket purchases online, by phone, and at the box office.
Subscription sales include a per-subscription fee, but we don’t collect fees for cash
sales at the door or for any money collected as a donation.
If you don’t want to pass per-ticket fees on to your ticket-buyers, you’re not required to
adopt our fee structure. We’ll work with you to customize a hybrid plan with per-ticket
fees and/or a monthly retainer. And if you sell more than 10,000 tickets a year, we offer
a fixed-fee plan where you retain per-ticket fees.
Pricing for Organizations That Don’t Sell Tickets:
We offer a monthly fee based on your organization's budget size. The minimum monthly
fee is $200 a month for organizations with budget sizes under $500,000 a year up to
$1,000 a month for those with budgets over $10 million.
