The system includes online and offline subscriptions with fixed, flexible, or “make-your-own” packages, print-at- home PDF tickets, integration with Boca, Datamax, and other ticket printers, and social media integration with the “post to Facebook” button.

Our PatronMail e-mail system is seamlessly integrated, providing the ability to finely target your e-mail campaigns without having to import your lists from a separate database. Click and open data is reported in aggregate and on the individual patron level.

Donor Management and Fundraising

PatronManger CRM accepts and manages donations, pledges, and grant applications online and offline and manages your donations with multiple types/categories (campaign, fund, and appeal structures, as well as pledge management and matching gift tracking.) The system also provides automated donation acknowledgement reminders, mail-merging for sending acknowledgements, and grant tracking for foundation, corporate, and government grants.

Easy “Do-It-Yourself” Reports and Charts

Our system instantly runs over 80 templated reports or allows you to build your own reports with a simple drag-and-drop report creator.
